A sales assistant that talks to visitors in natural language and files every lead into the CRM by itself.
Overview
I developed an AI-powered CRM chatbot that improves customer engagement on company websites and shortens the path from first question to qualified lead. Built in Python on an OpenAI Assistant + RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architecture, it answers in natural language while automatically turning what it collects into leads stored in an Airtable-based CRM.
