A mobile app and web dashboard for building your own task-specific AI agents that run on a schedule and drop their results onto your board as reports.
Overview
Allio is built around one idea: one bot, one job. Each bot has its own persona, capabilities, schedule and memory, runs on demand or on its own cron schedule, and leaves its results on a sticky-note board where a note starting with @bot-name turns into a task for that bot. Users can chat with any bot and get answers with cited sources, see what each bot will do next and pause or resume it, and get a push notification or a Slack message when a report is ready. I built the React Native (Expo) app, the React web dashboard with the same screens, and the Node.js / Express / MongoDB backend: a shared bot runner, a time-zone-aware scheduler that catches up on missed runs, short-lived per-bot tokens so API keys never reach the client, HMAC-signed webhooks, and MCP integrations for GitHub, Google Calendar and Slack, including my own Slack and web-reader MCP bridges.
